What data we process and why

The data you send us through the contact form (name, email, social profile or website and message) is used only to answer your request, prepare your free audit and, if you wish, send you a quote.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use Netlify, Inc. to host this website and receive form submissions, and IONOS for email. These providers process data on our behalf with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@social-studio.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
